Referrals
All patients will require a physician’s written prescription for physical therapy. Orders may be faxed to us at (601) 442-9600 or brought to the first physical therapy session. Treatment cannot begin without this prescription.
Appointments can be made by calling the outpatient therapy department at (601) 445-270 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please verify that your insurance covers outpatient physical therapy at Merit Health Natchez. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
